As a child, I always knew that I wanted to be in a profession that dealt with animals. I started volunteering in vet clinics at the age of 15, eventually working part-time in clinics after school until attending college. In 2003 I graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Ridgetown College and worked for a year at the University of Guelph in the Avian and Exotics department.
In 2004 I moved up to Muskoka to work at Centennial Animal Hospital and have been here ever since. I live with my husband and our two boys, our dog, Audrey, and two cats; Macey and Molly.
